I was charged rs.100 and the plan was TN second plan.I need to know while inserting sim in data card whether any settings to be received or not.And in prepaid special tariff vouchers, I saw 599 plan which provides 3GB day usage and 4GB night usage. If sufficient balance is available, then the amount equal to Plan Continuation Voucher will be deducted and extended the validity by sending an extension SMS to the Mobile customer

I had the identical problem and tried using 2G APN for prepaid- gprsppsdel and viola it worked!
