I have been to the practice many times with concerning physical problems and each time I try to discuss how badly I am feeling I am just turned away having to look for private healthcare. Then i rang them asked for the doctor which my sons appointment was with and they said that the doctors retired but we got another doctor replaced but he hasn't turned up so the clinic is shut for today and they will send us another letter for a new appointment.i wish the NHS is more organised because at the end of the day its the Middle class family that are loosing money..
