Back pain is more common in males than in females because of their higher rates of involvement with manual labor, motor vehicle injuries, and industrial accidents. Cat scan of pelvic area was done and my doc told me my back is in condition of a 20 year old and that there are no problems with any of my health, so I only assume it could be a very painful muscle strain or nerve irritation? The pain last several days to up to 2-3 weeks and disables me from most of physical activity and even from sleeping
