I've already saved so much money with straight talk...It takes stunning pictures and videos16 GB of space is not a whole lot but it's enough for me to put about 500 songs, a full movie, about 30 apps, and I have about 200 pictures on there right now. I cannot find a fix anywhere on the internet, I called customer service for hours and hours, their English is very poor and hard to understand, so I have to keep asking them to repeat and they are rude, one asked me to take out the battery, you can't on this phone, and what they do tell you to do does not work, I tried it all over and over and over again
They give a tiny piece of paper with a number, then you go to web, have to scan in copts of everything, and sim, and phone serial, and receipt with credit card info gets rejected if any redaction, then the box label and original receipt. For a company that sells itself on superior quality they continue to release products , they know have short use life spans and also change the size of the ports making all previous cords useless unless you purchase their charge adapter. I have also found that there is indeed chip in the cord that Apple products do recognize as after market eventually and render them useless with a short life span

At the begining, I had some difficults with the smartphone (I realized it wasn't as simple as the iPhone), but then I started learning a lot of stuffs, and, finally, I'm happy with the GS3... But its fun to compare, people get very up tight and defensive if someone like the SIII more than i5 or vise versa, it just crazy to get up tight and personal if someone does not agree with you
