Obviously I am very frustrated with this situation, and its going to cost me money I dont have to replenish my possessions until such a time as I can retreive mine from abroad. We had to queue for over 4 hours to see if we could get an alternative flight then found the only flight was for the evening of the day before we were due to fly back
