just eating a few treats per day is not giving her the nutrition she requires to live....this is a very DANGEROUS situation, she sounds like she is very weak already if she cannot even lick her water properly...I sure hope she gets the help she needs asap... so i took him to the vet they said he was severely dehydrated and told me id have to pay almost a 1,000 dollars to keep him over night so they could give him fluids..
