And I was thinking some buttermilk instead of regular milk might be nice this time.Sorry I missed Texas Independence Day but I'm from Maine so it's a miracle I dare attempt chicken-fried steak at all. After about 3 or 4 minutes, or when the blood starts bubbling out of the top of the steak, with tongs gently turn over the steaks and cook for 5 more minutes
