Next-gen is another 5 years away, presumably Nintendo will be the first to release a console for 9th gen, seeing as their console has been out a year already and they go by 6 year cycles. I can finally start planning some PS4 purchases for this year (as of right now, I think I only have one game pre ordered- hopefully that's all about to change)
